Overview

WageLens ("the App") is a salary and tax calculator application developed by MonoWorks. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

What We Collect

The App processes the following information that you voluntarily enter:

• Salary/income amounts
• Tax filing status and preferences
• Country and region selection
• Optional adjustments (pension contributions, bonuses, etc.)

How Data is Stored

In-App Purchases

Purchase Processing

The App uses RevenueCat, a third-party service, to process in-app purchases. When you make a purchase:

• RevenueCat processes your transaction through Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS)
• RevenueCat receives a transaction receipt to verify your purchase
• RevenueCat stores an anonymous identifier to restore purchases across devices
• We do not have access to your payment card details — these are handled securely by Google/Apple

RevenueCat Data

RevenueCat may collect:

• Anonymous user identifier
• Purchase history and subscription status
• Device type and operating system version
• Country (for currency/pricing)

Network Requests

The App makes network requests only for:

• In-app purchase verification (via RevenueCat)
• Purchase restoration (to verify previous purchases)

Data Security

Biometric Authentication

The App offers optional biometric authentication (fingerprint/Face ID) to protect your financial data. This feature:

• Uses your device's built-in biometric security
• Does not store or transmit biometric data
• Is entirely optional

Local Storage

Your settings and preferences are stored using standard device storage mechanisms:

• SharedPreferences for user settings
• Local SQLite database for saved calculations

Data Sharing

Data is only shared with:

• RevenueCat — For purchase processing and verification only
• Google Play / Apple App Store — For payment processing

Your salary calculations and financial data are never transmitted or shared.

Your Rights

Local Data

Since calculation data is stored locally on your device:

• You can delete all app data by uninstalling the App
• You can clear app data through your device settings
• No request to us is needed to delete your local data

To request deletion of purchase data from RevenueCat, contact us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App is a financial calculator tool intended for adult users.
